New Heaven Learning Centre

This programme has completed its Circuit funding cycle and has now been fully handed over into the capable hands of the local Programme Director.

New Heaven Learning Centre has achieved its goal of raising awareness about disability and special needs. At the start of this year, New Heaven has launched a music DVD with songs written by famous Myanmar musicians with guest appearances from students of the New Heaven school.

With your help, the project achieved its primary purpose of being a highly positive awareness-raising and morale-building experience for the students and their communities. That’s particularly significant in a country where special needs children are often mistreated or hidden away.
